**The position**:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to oversee all operational, safety, and security aspects of our resort. Reporting to the Resort Manager and Controller, you will lead a dedicated team to ensure efficient operations, regulatory compliance, and a safe, enjoyable environment for all guests and staff.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Operations Management: Oversee daily resort operations, including water production, wastewater management, and infrastructure maintenance.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to all safety, security, and regulatory standards.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage staff to maintain operational excellence.
- Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving measures.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with management, residents, and guests to address operational concerns.

**What you need to be successful**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in engineering, environmental science, or business management preferred.
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a resort or condominium setting.
- Knowledge of water production and wastewater systems with relevant Alberta certifications.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication abilities for interacting with staff, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements, including Alberta Health Services and OHS standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational software.
- Reliable transportation and commitment to onsite work.

**Availability**:
Full-time position with flexibility required during peak season (April to October) and for year-round operations**.**

You must be legally eligible to work in Canada

**Compensation**:
Competitive salary based on experience.

Pay: $80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
