De la gestion des contrats et du suivi des offres, en passant par l'inspection des propriétés et la formulation de recommandations, vous aurez la possibilité de partager vos idées novatrices pour améliorer continuellement la façon dont nous gérons nos propriétés commerciales.

Ce que vous apportez:
- Deux ans ou plus d'expérience progressive dans la gestion de propriétés commerciales, y compris des portefeuilles de bureaux.-
- Associé ou baccalauréat en affaires, en comptabilité, en immobilier ou dans un domaine similaire.-
- Maîtrise de Microsoft Office (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel) et Adobe Illustrator.-
- Bilinguisme exigé en français et en anglais (parlé et écrit).Compétences et expériences qui constituent un atout:
- Connaissance des logiciels immobiliers tels que Yardi, MRI, etc.-
- Capacité éprouvée à prendre rapidement différents logiciels.-
- Expérience des contrats et des contrats de crédit-bail préférés.- Portrait de la réussite:
- Vous développez et entretenez des relations solides avec les propriétaires, les locataires, les fournisseurs et les entrepreneurs.-
- Vous répondez en temps opportun aux besoins des locataires pour satisfaire aux obligations de location.-
- Vous soutenez la haute direction en préparant des rapports de propriété, des budgets et d’autres rapports réguliers, tels qu’ils vous ont été attribués.-
- Vous gérez avec succès toutes les tâches administratives, y compris les bons de travail, les demandes de service, les paiements de loyers et de charges, la maintenance des biens et les exigences de conformité des fournisseurs.- _________________________________________________

As an Assistant Property Manager, you will be involved in all aspects of managing a commercial portfolio, from operations and financial activities to managing important relationships with our tenants and property owners. From managing service contracts and tracking bid packages, to completing property inspections and making recommendations, you’ll have the opportunity to share your innovative ideas to continually improve how we manage our commercial properties.
- What you bring:
- Two or more years of progressive experience managing commercial properties, including office portfolios.-
- Associate or Bachelor degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field.-
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel) and Adobe Illustrator.-
- Must be fluently bilingual in French / English (spoken and written).- Bonus skills and experience- Familiarity with real estate software such as Yardi, MRI, etc.-
- Proven ability to pick up different software’s quickly.-
- Experience with contract and leasing agreements preferred.- What success looks like:
- You develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors and contractors.-
- You respond in a timely manner to tenants’ needs to meet lease obligations.-
- You support senior management by preparing regular ownership reports, budgets and other reports as assigned.-
- You successfully manage all administrative tasks, including work orders, service requests, rent and expense payments, property maintenance and vendor compliance requirements.#LI-JC1
