**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Lead by example, operate pasteurizers in the production lines assigned.
- Perform product change and CIP and SIP operations in the pasteurizers as per the quality requirements.
- responsible for implementing all new procedures and processes required and implemented by management in relation to line operations.
- Making sure that the line operates without incident or down time is the most important responsibility of the Process Lead.
- Achieve production output targets while meeting total Quality standards
- Make sure all the products manufactured are as per the customer standards and work towards reducing the loss of product in production.
- Clear all the holds items in the same shift itself.
- Work towards increasing the uptime of the line.
- In the event of downtime Coordinate with respective departments to get the line back in business. And in a situation of delay in production or in Sanitation process escalate the issue to Shift Manager/Production Manager/Production Planner.
- Train all the new operators in the line/machine operations procedure and on the product knowledge in that line.
- Other related duties as assigned

**EDUCATION/TRAINING**:

- Courses in Food Technology / Food Science / Bio-Technology or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
- Lead a team of 5 to 10 production workers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $21.00 per hour
