**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Early Childhood Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support the lead teachers in creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children. You will assist in implementing educational activities, providing care, and ensuring the safety and well-being of all children in the classroom. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about early childhood education and eager to make a positive impact on children's lives.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist the lead teachers in planning and implementing age-appropriate educational activities that promote learning and development.
- Supervise and engage with children during classroom activities, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
- Provide individualized attention to children, helping them with their social, emotional, and developmental needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom space, house-keeping duties.
- Collaborate with other staff members to create an inclusive environment for all children, including those with disabilities.
- Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance skills in early childhood education.

**Qualifications**
- Experience or education in early childhood education or related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with classroom management techniques and caregiving practices for young children.
- Ability to work effectively with children of diverse backgrounds, including those with disabilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- A genuine passion for educating and caring for young children.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of a dynamic classroom environment.

Pay: $17.50-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
