**WHAT YOU’LL DO**:
**WHAT YOU’LL BRING**:

- **Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field or equivalent experience**
- **Degree, Diploma or Certificate in Project Management preferred**
- **PMP preferred, but not required.**
- **Clinical **Certification **preferred: RN, RPN, **Lab tech, Pharmacy technician**

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- **5+ years working in a Clinical area**
- **2+ years implementation and build experience with Epic**
- **Experience in workflow design and documentation, system configuration and testing**
- **Strong project management skills and experience.**
- **Expertise in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint required.**
- **Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.**
- **Excellent verbal and written communication skills.**
- **Flexibility with respect to changing timelines and delivery methods.**
- **Demonstrated ability to establish effective working relationships while resolving issues.**
- **Excellent organizational skills and ability to reprioritize tasks.**
- **Strong collaboration and facilitation skills.**
- **Ability to work with strained software users in supporting the use of the EHR in the organization**
