**Skills**:

- Strong communication skills. Demonstrated in written and verbal reports, presentations, and meeting facilitation.
- A good command of the English language is mandatory

- Ability to work weekends and evenings, as required.

**Duties**:

- Design and update marketing materials
- Writing for marketing brochures, advertising listings, website pages and other marketing needs
- Advertise listings and open houses on social media, Craigslist and Kijiji.
- Manage social media accounts by posting content, engaging the audience and monitoring analytics (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.)
- Researching trends, events and opportunities that could affect our team’s market position.
- Assist with coordinating all client & vendor appreciation events
- Conducting research using Paragon (not a must)
- Corporate and Land Title searches
- Creating Excel spreadsheet reports
- Updating contact database
- Maintain filing system of all real estate documents
- Formatting Word and PowerPoint documents and presentations
- Perform basic website programming and ongoing website maintenance
- Perform other duties as assigned

This position is for a minimum 30 hours a week and offers flexible schedule.

$27/hour starting wage. Plus, great opportunity for bonus structure and reward

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: From $27.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- administrative assistant: 1 year (preferred)
- Real Estate Industry: 1 year (preferred)
- Social media management: 1 year (preferred)
