**Job Brief**:
Air Canada Vacations is hiring a Marketing Coordinator, Partner marketing plans / Vacances Air Canada recrute un/une Coordonnateur(trice) marketing, Plans marketing des partenaires.

**Coordination of partner marketing plans**: Act as intermediary within and between Partners, Creative, Marketing, e-Commerce, Advertising, Payload, Product and Sale departments to ensure proper planning and execution of marketing plans which vary from direct to mass marketing.

**RESPONSIBILITES**
- Responsible for the coordination of marketing plans of various partners such as Tourism Boards, Hotels and Resorts
- Types of projects vary greatly; will be responsible for coordination of direct to mass marketing plans
- Ensure product information and all the details are included in the request, that it is received on time and that the deadlines are respected
- Brief key players and keep them informed throughout the development of the project
- Prepare and provide the final advertising content to the Creative department for them to design the ads
- Enforce proper brand guidelines
- Review each project, ensure proper sign-off by internal and external clients
- Perform other tasks as assigned by immediate superior
- Stay informed about industry activity & trends

**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED**
- University degree in Marketing or equivalent
- Minimum 1 - 2 year(s) relevant work experience
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat Professional)
- Excellent oral communication and writing skills (English and French)
- Good project management skills
- Efficient and very detail-oriented demonstrating initiative, flexibility and great accuracy
- Strong ability to adapt quickly, work independently, multi-task and work under pressure

in order to meet tight deadlines
- Experience in JIRA Task Manager Tool an asset
- Experience working in an advertising agency an asset
- Experience in the travel industry an asset

**Coordination des plans de marketing des partenaires**: Agir en tant qu’intermédiaire au sein et entre les départements des Partenariats, de la Création, du Marketing, du Commerce électronique, de la Publicité, de la Charge marchande, des Produits et des Ventes afin d’assurer une planification et une exécution appropriées des plans marketing qui varient du marketing direct au marketing de masse.

**RESPONSABILITÉS**
- Se charger de la coordination des plans marketing de divers partenaires tels que les offices du tourisme, les hôtels et les complexes.
- Coordonner des plans marketing direct et de masse à travers des types de projets variés.
- S’assurer que les informations sur le produit et tous les détails sont inclus dans la demande, qu’elle est reçue à temps et que les délais sont respectés.
- Renseigner les acteurs clés et les tenir informés tout au long du développement du projet.
- Préparer et fournir le contenu publicitaire final au département de Création pour la conception des publicités.
- Faire respecter l’image de la marque.
- Réviser chaque projet, s’assurer d’obtenir les approbations finales des clients internes et externes.
- Effectuer toute autre tâche assignée par le supérieur immédiat.
- Se tenir informé des activités et des tendances du secteur.

**CONNAISSANCES ET COMPÉTENCES REQUISES**
- Diplôme universitaire en marketing ou équivalent
- Minimum 1 à 2 année(s) d’expérience professionnelle pertinente
- Excellentes compétences informatiques (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat Professional)
- Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite (anglais et français)
- Bonnes compétences en gestion de projet
- Efficacité et grand souci du détail, faisant preuve d’initiative, de flexibilité et d’une grande précision
- Forte capacité à s’adapter rapidement, à travailler de manière indépendante, à effectuer plusieurs tâches et à travailler sous pression afin de respecter des délais serrés
- Connaissance de l’outil JIRA Task Manager (un atout)
- Expérience de travail dans une agence de publicité (un atout)
- Expérience dans l’industrie du voyage (un atout)
