Pet Groomer

**Overview**
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Pet Groomer to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional grooming services to a variety of pets, ensuring their comfort and well-being throughout the grooming process. As a Pet Groomer, you will play a vital role in enhancing the appearance and health of our furry clients while delivering outstanding customer service to their owners.

**Duties**
- Perform grooming services including bathing, brushing, trimming, and nail clipping for dogs and cats of all breeds and sizes.
- Assess the condition of pets' coats and skin to determine appropriate grooming techniques and products.
- Maintain a clean and organized grooming area, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized after each use.
- Communicate effectively with pet owners regarding their pets’ grooming needs, preferences, and any concerns observed during the grooming process.
- Handle pets safely and comfortably, employing techniques that minimize stress for both the animal and the owner.
- Provide excellent customer service by building rapport with clients and addressing any inquiries or feedback regarding services offered.
- Assist in lifting larger pets as needed, ensuring safety for both the groomer and the animal during the grooming process.

**Qualifications**
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with pet owners.
- Physical stamina to handle heavy lifting when necessary, as well as standing for extended periods during grooming sessions.
- Knowledge of various dog and cat breeds, grooming styles, and appropriate care techniques is an asset.
- A compassionate attitude towards animals with a commitment to their safety and comfort during grooming procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
