**Summer Internship: Supply Chain Coordinator**

Type: Full-Time | Paid Internship | Summer Term

As part of our summer internship program, we are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in North American logistics operations.

**Job Overview**:
As a Supply Chain Intern, you’ll work alongside experienced professionals and be exposed to multiple aspects of freight coordination. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate and track shipments across North America
- Assist in load tendering and verify documentation (bonds, commercial invoices)
- Prepare manifests and daily customer reports
- Communicate with carriers, shippers, and internal teams (including Mexico)
- Resolve shipment issues and escalate as needed
- Perform data entry and administrative tasks to support the operations team

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or a related field
- Strong interest in transportation and logistics operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; exposure to Transportation Management Systems (TMS) is a plus
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
