**About the Role**

**As a caregiver, you will be assisting an elderly couple with their daily activities and needs and providing support to them in their home.**

**They are in need of care 6-7 days per week from 5-9 PM**

**Skills**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent physical ability
- Prior experience working with older members in home care is preferred but not required.

**Duties may include but are not limited to**:

- Companionship
- Warm up food/ feeding / cleanup
- Ironing clothes
- Aid in administration of daily medication
- Tidy up after the clients
- Assist clients with daily needs
- Any other task assigned by the director

**Requirements**:

- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check & drug screen
- no drug use or criminal record within the last 5 years (if a drug test & background check is required)
- CPR certification an asset

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24-28 per week

**Salary**: From $15.50 per hour

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed
