**Annual Salary: $66,814.80 - $83,524.35**
The Coordinator - Client & Community Relations (the Coordinator) is responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining comprehensive client and community relations processes at St. Joseph's Care Group (SJCG). The Coordinator plays a key role in promoting partnership opportunities across St. Joseph's Care Group, with specific focus on Indigenous and Francophone populations.
**Qualifications**:
**Education/Experience**:
- College or University in a field related to community relations, public relations, or communications.
- Two years in a client and community relations role, or similar, preferably in a healthcare environment.
- Experience in working with volunteers.
- Knowledge of interpreting and meeting legislation and regulations.
**Skills/Abilities**:
- Advanced use of software including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Superior ability to communicate effectively and concisely, both orally and in writing to a variety of audiences that builds support, educates and promotes understanding.
- Development of frameworks, guidance and promotion for corporate uptake of initiatives.
- Effectively prioritize urgent and emerging activities, and negotiate change to meet deadlines.
- Experienced in identifying broader system issues to the appropriate stakeholders for positive change.
**Assets**:
- Knowledge of Indigenous cultures, languages and traditions
- Able to communicate in French or an Indigenous language
**CONDITION OF EMPLOYMENT**
- This position shall be conditional upon a satisfactory Criminal Record and Judicial Matters Check (CRJMC) where indicated, to ensure the absence of relevant criminal convictions.
- Will be required to travel to various work locations and provide own transportation.
