We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Revit Drafter to join our team. As a Revit Drafter, you will be responsible for producing accurate and high-quality Headwall Families using Autodesk Revit software. You will work closely with Sales, Estimators and Design engineers to create 3D models, Revit Families, Renderings and technical drawings for various projects. You will also work with estimators to create 2d headwall drawings using AutoCAD and Quote them.

**Responsibilities**
- Utilize Autodesk Revit software to develop 3D models and create detailed Revit Families,
- Collaborate with Sales, Estimators, PMs and designers to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Prepare accurate and comprehensive quantity take off based on Architectural Plan and Specs,
- Ensure compliance with Healthcare Codes and Standards,
- Conduct quality checks to verify the accuracy and completeness of drawings.
- Incorporate design changes and modifications as directed by the project team.
- Maintain organized project files and documentation.
- Stay updated with the latest Revit software features and industry best practices.

**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD software is essential.
- Strong knowledge of architectural and engineering drafting principles.
- Experience in producing construction documents and technical drawings.
- Solid understanding Of Architectural Plans Elevations for quantity take off,
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with project teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
