**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Restaurant Manager in executing and accomplishing all tasks related to the restaurant, bar and Room Service operations.
- Supervise and train all staff in order to create and ensure a productive and efficient team;
- Support service for all classifications associated with the restaurant, bar and Room Service;
- Ensure restaurant, bar and Room Service customer service;
- Supervise daily restaurant, bar and Room Service operations;
- Establish practices and procedures in order to train staff;
- Prepare monthly inventory of restaurant, bar and Room Service assets;
- These functions are associated to the Restaurant Supervisor but not limited to the above-mentioned list.

Position Requirements:

- Restaurant specialization required an asset;
- Bilingual: French and English
- Excellent communication ability on all levels;
- Working knowledge of computer softwares (POS, MS Office)
- Ability to deal with all levels of management and staff in a professional manner.
- Ability to work with deadlines and must be capable of multi-tasking.
- Available flexibility ( day, evening, weekends and holidays)
