We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Automotive Service Manager to join our team.

As an Automotive Service Manager at our Mazda dealership, you will play a critical role in overseeing and managing our service department operations. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the efficient and profitable performance of the service department by delivering exceptional customer service, maximizing productivity, and maintaining high-quality standards

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and professionally attending to customer concerns and inquiries.
- Oversee the daily operations of the service department and ensure a smooth workflow.
- Maximize service department profitability by monitoring and controlling expenses.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase service department revenues.
- Hire, train, and supervise service department staff, ensuring a cohesive and efficient team.
- Maintain high-quality control standards by regularly analyzing and inspecting completed repairs.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business and positive customer reviews.
- Collaborate with other department managers to optimize overall dealership performance.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in an Automotive Service Manager or related position.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive repairs and maintenance procedures.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Proven ability to effectively manage budgets and control expenses.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with dealership management systems.
