As a Budtender at 7th Heaven, you will be the face of our dispensary, providing customers with personalized, knowledgeable, and friendly service. This role is vital for creating an enjoyable and informative experience, guiding customers through their cannabis journey with care and expertise.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers warmly and make them feel comfortable in the dispensary.
- Educate customers on different cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods based on their preferences and needs.
- Recommend products tailored to the customer’s desired effects, whether it’s for relaxation, creativity, pain relief, or focus.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of cannabis products, including flower, edibles, concentrates, topicals, and accessories.
- Ensure the safe and responsible sale of cannabis in compliance with state laws and regulations.
- Process transactions accurately and handle cash or digital payments.
- Keep the dispensary organized, clean, and well-stocked, while ensuring all products are displayed clearly and safely.
- Answer customer questions regarding dosage, potency, and proper storage.
- Cultivate a welcoming, non-judgmental environment, and offer exceptional customer service.

**Desired Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in customer service or sales is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of cannabis or a willingness to learn.
- Must be over 19
- Knowledge of cannabis laws and regulations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

**Working Conditions**:

- Work in a retail environment, which may require standing for long periods.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: 18 - 24 per week
