Our Camps run weekly during scheduled school holidays (P.A. Days, Mid-Semester Breaks, Winter Break, March Break and Summer Break) from 8:30 am-4:30 pm. Each Coach is required to do 1 before care (7:45 AM arrival) and 1 after care (6:00 PM dismissal) each week.

**Camp Coordinator**

Camp coordinator’s are the focal point of our Camps success, responsible for maintaining communication of all levels of the company and client base. A successful coordinator is punctual, friendly, organized and able to problem solve quickly.

Camp Coordinators preparation create the atmosphere for all coaches and campers to _grow, learn_ and _lead_ in; Program planning, space management, communication of coaches and an understanding of of the camp’s needs will allow for a constructive environment for all parties involved to be motivated and inspired to grow.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with organizing and maintaining camp equipment.
- Review instuctors/Coaches Lessons plans and provide feedback to improve lesson plans.
- Provide Instructors/Coaches with feedback regarding their engagement with campers and guardians; execution of teaching principles; execution of lesson plans
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with site hosts and Addressing issues or concerns as they present themselves
- Ensure that camp procedures, policies and safety standards are being followed and upheld to TAC standards
- Confirm, organize and communicate with staff to confirm their attendance, additional roles, program plans and any materials needed.
- Maintain afriendly, caring and safe camp environments by ensuring staff are following the best practices as presented in training
- Ensure all campers are given the appropriate lunch; any dietary restrictions, allergies, and special instructions are followed during all meal times
- Communicate with Parent's or Gaurdians regarding their campers well being and experience at camper
- Track Payroll daily
- Submit end of day reports

**Assests**
- Previous Experience with Camps in a leadership role
- Standard First Aid and CPR - C
- Conflict Management skills
- Profecient with Google Docs, Sheets, etc..
- Current Vulnerable Sector Check
- Access to a car

**Salary**: $600.00-$900.00 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:
