**Key Responsibilities**
- Delivering outstanding hands-on student service (students are our customers)
- Advising potential, new and current students on KI courses and products; collect lead information and participate in conversion efforts
- Assisting in keeping the school compliant with provincial, national, and organizational standards of compliance
- Liaising with our national Customer Service team to follow policies related to course adjustments, including adherence to Quote Request (QRF) and Change Form (CF) processes
- Working with the school's data base and record keeping systems
- Cash management and finance: book deposits, payments, etc.
- Assisting with the KI Toronto Student Ambassador Program
- Assisting with social media
- University admissions guidance and counseling as needed

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- post-secondary study
- 1-2+ years of customer service in a business or operational setting
- Ability to work some evenings and weekends
- Must be authorized to work in the Canada

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience with international students and/ or advising
- Social media experience
- Experience with database systems and record keeping
- One or more foreign language ability
- Work with event planning / running an activities program
