**Job Duties and Responsibilities**
- Back up for assembling assistant
- Warehouse experience including inventory management, picking parts, processing orders and shipping
- Office experience including computer skills to coordinate with corporate office.
- Responsible for tracking inventory and submitting records to corporate.
- Drive a forklift or willing to be certified.
- Communication with dealers; along with regular communication to support outside sales reps
- Coordinate inbound and outgoing shipments timely and accurately
- Communicate with Other Hisun facilities for parts orders and shipments
- Work closely with remote Hisun teams to complete daily workload
- Increase efficiency, improve workflow and work as a team to grow the new facility

**Requirements**:

- Customer service experiences/detail oriented/Good knowledge of Logistic and sales process
- High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent working experience
- Self-starter; dependable, and reliable, proximity to Hamilton Ontario area, General knowledge of customer service principles and practices; WMS system experience
- Must successfully work individually and as part of a team.
- Communication skills: both verbal and written along with listening and problem-solving skills is a must.
- Should be flexible and adaptable to help ensure positive dealer interactions
- Needs to take initiative and be proactive, not afraid to take on new responsibilities regularly
- Dependable and reliable to open office and run operations daily; no back up in place so cannot miss work.
- Able to take constructive criticism and feedback
- Must follow company policies and procedures as trained to ensure accuracy and business runs efficiently
- Power sports, ATV or UTV knowledge is a plus.
- Experience working independently with little-to-no supervision daily
- Understanding of potential challenges working for a start-up branch of an international company is a plus
- Honest and trustworthy; solely responsible for parts and unit inventory

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $17.00-$18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
