**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets while coordinating resources effectively.
- Conduct thorough construction estimating to provide accurate cost assessments.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide project execution.
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and HeavyBid for project tracking and reporting.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
- Monitor progress on-site, addressing any issues or delays promptly while maintaining quality control.
- Implement effective time management strategies to optimize workflow and productivity across teams.
- Prepare regular status reports for stakeholders, highlighting milestones achieved and any potential risks.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in construction project management with a strong understanding of the construction process.
- Proficiency in construction estimating techniques and tools.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately.
- Familiarity with Civil 3D software is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent time management capabilities.
- Experience using construction management software such as ProCore or HeavyBid is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to adapt to changing project needs.

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
