**Production Worker Job Description**

Looking for a hardworking, dedicated individual with good work ethic who is looking for long term employment opportunity. Individuals with experience working large format printing environment will be preference over others.

LOCAL applicants residing in Mississauga/Oakville/Milton/Burlington ONLY.

**About Us**:
We are one of the few companies in Canada which can print on fabric up to 10' wide. These prints are primarily used for indoor trade show displays and some outdoor promotional advertising displays. Our in-house printing, stitching and finishing capacity enables us to handle large volume of printing for various exhibit companies throughout North America.

**MUST HAVE**:

- Excellent TIME MANAGEMENT skills necessity
- Strong attention to detail
- Good math and computation skills
- Work time hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
- **MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR OVERTIME AND HAVE AVAILABILITY TO WORK OVER THE WEEKEND AS NECESSARY**

**Primary job functions**:

- Load print fabric and paper on to printing equipment with the assistance of another worker and assist trolley
- Monitor printing and heat press at all times
- **Must be able to lift 20-30 lbs regularly**:

- Checking print quality and measure fabric prints as it comes off the press.
- Package fabric banners and other signage items for delivery.
- Arrange and monitor courier delivery to customers.
- Maintain inventory of printing substrates, ink and fabric rolls.
- Keeping warehouse area clean at all times.
- Maintaining print equipment along with coordinator.
- Assuring quality and measuring each item before it ships out to customers.
- Training will be provided.
- Basic math skills, language proficiency is important.
- Attention to detail, determination to learn and dedication to good work ethic is important.
- **When rush jobs come - worker may be required to stay overtime to complete time sensitive jobs**
- **Special consideration for individuals with knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, In-Design and Ergosoft Application**_

** Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm**

Probation period - 2 weeks

**Hourly Salary: $18.00 to $22.00 /hour**

Benefits will be offered after 3 months of successful completion of work.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
