**Working Arrangement**

Hybrid

The individual for this role needs to be able to work autonomously and have effective time management and prioritization skills to manage various reporting requirements with varying deliverables. The individual will need to take initiative to become a business partner and effectively collaborate with the Sales Team, the Operations Compensation Processing team, and the Projects Team, as well as many other internal Bank teams, for steady state requirements, as well as the implementation of new compensation projects to ensure reporting requirements are met and delivered.

This role will have the opportunity to design, streamline, and improve efficiencies of current reporting, processes and calculations.

This position will support a broad range of financial control and compensation related calculations and reporting, in addition to creating and improving the control environment, including:

- Calculating incentive compensation for Bank Sales staff including payroll submissions
- Completing month end journal entries and financial statement account reconciliations
- Creating, maintaining and supporting management reporting packages and key metrics in collaboration with Sales Management, the Operations Compensation Processing Team and Bank Strategic Project Team
- Supporting ad hoc management and employee queries
- Continued refinement/improvements of processes and procedures to access, analyze and report on data through improving steady state reporting requirements and increasing automation
- Supporting year end external audit
- Support annual compensation plan cycle
- Assisting with documentation of annual compensation changes, payroll letters, and ensuring systems are properly updated annually

**What we are looking for**
- University Business Degree and/or working towards a recognized accounting designation (CPA) required;
- Knowledge of banking industry, would be an asset
- Good presentation and business writing skills
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and skills to learn
- Ability to multi-task
- Highly developed communication and relationship skills; able to build relationships across business divisions and across other segments

$55,125.00 CAD - $91,875.00 CAD
