**Aon is searching for an Account Executive Manager
- Personal Lines**

We are looking for an emerging leader to lead a medium-sized team of high net worth Personal Lines professionals. You will not only handle day-to-day work allocations, deliverables and critical issues, but also provide input into talent selection, performance management and the overall excellence of the Personal Line team.

this is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Vancouver office

**What the day will look like**
- Meet established objectives/targets in sales, service standards, productivity and quality through leadership, direction, and motivation to established team
- Provides guidance and feedback to team to enhance product/service skills and knowledge.
- Maintains knowledge of industry and insurance company’s products and services and works with the markets to have solutions for the teams
- Responds, strategically and tactically to changes in the market, competition, business goals and strategies as required

**Existing Clientele**:

- Analyze client specific risk exposure and detail coverage requirements for High-Net-Worth clients.
- Deliver continuous excellence in servicing an existing portfolio of clients
- Establish contacts and cultivate relationships within the underwriting community to achieve the best terms and coverage for Aon clients

**New Business**:

- Collaborate with Aon group, commercial and health & benefits colleagues to develop marketing initiatives for new prospective private clients within their existing clients
- Act as the visible face of Aon to clients and prospective clients in the community.
- Develop and maintain external centres of influence for lead generation and continuous pipeline

**Key Performance Indicators**:

- Meet established sales and retention targets
- Develop, implement, and manage national private client sales & service training program

**How this opportunity is different**:
This role is a great blend of Leadership but also hands on client interactions as well as Sales Leadership. You will manage a existing book of Amazing Clients as well as a team of 7 who all work directly with High-Net Worth and High Visibility Clients. In addition to this you will work internally and externally to Drive New opportunities for Aon and the Private Client Team.

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a broker in private client personal insurance
- 7-10 years personal insurance experience
- University or College degree preferred.
- BC Level 2 licence required
- CIP, FCIP and CAIB are preferable, or working towards.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook and Epic
