Delta, Canada Domus Managment Full time

Full time experienced resident managers needed in October for 86-unit, locally owned apartment building in Tsawwassen. Must have strong admin, communication, painting and maintenance skills coupled with good knowledge of the RTA and local rental market.

The building is a 3-storey, well maintained, nicely landscaped, recently re-piped wood frame building with ample parking, common laundry, locker rooms and access control and is serviced by two modernized elevators. It is located on a quiet residential street within easy walking distance of the town centre.

Job description includes cleaning, rent collection, showing/renting suites, contractor supervision, painting and undertaking repairs in suites and around the common property.

Salary expectations: Commensurate with experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
