**About the role**:
**What you bring to the table**:

- Minimum 2-years experience in customer service
- Excellent interpersonal and exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - excel and word

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by utilizing the correct methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives; follow up to ensure resolution
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Display a positive attitude and keenness to learn
- Create and upload events and tickets onto the Chudleigh’s website
- Process online orders and create shipping labels for products

**Job Type**:Full-time, In-office

**Salary**: $15.00-$16.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- professional online customer service: 2 years (preferred)
