**Summary of Responsibilities and Performance**:
The Logistics Coordinator delivers a high standard of customer service in accordance with our agreements. Supporting a team of service technicians as we provide best-in-class repair and service standards.

In this role, you would be expected to establish capacity levels for the service team and manage the daily schedules of the field service team to increase productivity and eliminate downtime to ensure our clients are well taken care of in a timely manner. This includes wearing many hats to manage Inventory levels and ordering, utilizing technicians by efficiently scheduling and dispatching, customer service and support.

**Role Responsibilities - all parts of your busy day**:

- Scheduling and Dispatching 18 service technicians in BC & AB
- Work with Senior Service Operations Manager to drive efficiencies on schedules
- Continuously seek to become knowledgeable on our business and industry
- Regular huddles with management discussing KPI’s and levers to pull to meet budget
- Triage to team lead in area to provide technical support to technicians
- Providing technicians with daily schedules
- Preparing parts for Service tech
- Dealing with walk in Service customers
- Manages Equipment Rentals in BC

- Provide back-up for Service Manager and Customer Service when support is required.
- Become an expert using our internal systems - such as Payworks, simPRO, Sage, and more
- Update after-hour schedules ensuring smooth transition between regular hours to after hours.
- Prioritize the safety of our staff and clients.
- Proactively take on other responsibilities as required. Have a willingness to roll up your sleeves and help where needed.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of work experience - competent in logistics, scheduling, and working as part of a team environment
- Strong collaborator and communicator in written and verbal form
- Knowledge of draught systems an asset
- Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel and PowerPoint
- Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity
- Flexibility and positive mindset - having a Yes, I Can Approach is key

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Logistics or Scheduling: 1 year (preferred)
- Logistics: 2 years (preferred)
