Together, we bring 120 years of ambulance manufacturing expertise, with 12 locations across Canada and the United States and over 1,000 employees, making us the largest ambulance manufacturer in Canada and the 2nd largest in North America **OPPORTUNITY: SALES ADMINISTRATION SUPPORT TECHNICIAN** Under the supervision of the Sales Administration Manager, the Sales Administration Support Technician is responsible for managing key databases, including billing reports. They assist regional sales coordinators and the manager in tracking sales projections, from annual commitments to vehicle delivery, and contribute to other operational processes and systems as needed. **RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SALES ADMINISTRATION SUPPORT TECHNICIAN** - Manage vehicle delivery documentation for Canada (MOH, BNQ, SAAQ) and associated activities. - Validate prices (CC) and ensure month-end close activities via Oracle for Canada. - Update data lists for completed vehicle deliveries. - Support regional sales coordinators in vehicle billing (deposits and finalized units) and other related activities. - Ensure accuracy of information by updating and maintaining data in sales databases and reports (Oracle, customer CRM, and other software). - Serve as a resource for inventory and billing reports, collaborating with Finance, Planning, Purchasing, and Production departments. - Manage sales forecast adjustments in collaboration with Customer Service Representatives, regional sales coordinators, and the Production Planning team. - Update data for the annual budgeting and forecasting process in collaboration with sales and management teams. **Qualifications for the Sales Administration Support Technician** - University or college degree in business administration or a related field. - Proven experience in a sales support role. - Project management experience, an asset. - Experience in a manufacturing environment, an asset. - Experience with CRM platforms, CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), and project management software (MS Projects). - Strong sales skills. - Bilingual in French and English, an asset. **Offered Benefits** - Group insurance including medical, dental, and disability coverage, with 50% paid by Demers Ambulances. - Flexible working hours. - A registered retirement savings plan with contributions from Demers Ambulances. - An Employee Assistance Program for you and your family. - A telemedicine program for you and your family. - On-site blood tests. - Corporate apparel.
