Flight Operations Administrator

Private Air Inc. is looking for a Flight Operations Administrator to join our Operations Team. This position is for a person with a good understanding of aviation industry. This person will help Operations team with a wide range of administrative tasks.

**Working Conditions**:
Our office is located in Mississauga, ON
Work Schedule: Mon-Fri 9am - 5pm
Job type: Permanent, Full-time
**Key responsibilities**:
- Dealing with TC/FAA/other regulatory agencies regarding permits, authorizations, etc.
- Creating bi-weekly crew duty reports
- Researching for solutions that will help to smooth out working process
- Posting job ads on various platforms
- Record keeping
- Preparing uniform packages, crew IDs for pilots
- Setting up pilot accounts in our system
- Formatting regulated documents (COM, SOPs) as per TC standards
- Any additional administrative tasks as assigned by Operations Manager and Chief Pilot
**Qualifications**:
- Experience in providing administrative or operations support
- Aviation background
- Understanding of CARs
- IT literacy (MS office package, SharePoint, Drop Box)
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, quick learner
- Effective interpersonal skills in dealing with company management and flight crews
- Being able to work within a team as well as individually with mínimal or no supervision
