We’re looking for a **passionate and creative young chef** to join our team and design exceptional gourmet sandwiches featuring **in-house roasted meats prepared fresh daily**. If you have a knack for combining flavours, a love for high-quality ingredients, and the drive to craft a standout menu, we want to hear from you.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Develop and prepare gourmet sandwiches using house-roasted meats, fresh bread, and premium ingredients
- Roast, season, and prepare meats daily to ensure top quality and flavour
- Collaborate on seasonal menu ideas and creative flavour combinations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment
- Manage prep efficiently to meet daily service demands

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 2-3 years of cooking experience in a professional kitchen (sandwich, café, or bistro experience an asset)
- Passion for creating and innovating in the kitchen
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work efficiently and independently
- Food Safe Level 1

**Schedule**:

- Full-time**:2:00 PM - 10:00 PM**, 5 days/week
- **Paid 30-minute break** each shift
