We are currently looking for qualified **Community Facilitators** to provide ongoing support to our clients in Fergus/Wellington County.

If you are pursuing a diploma in social services or developmental services, have relevant education and/or work experience in healthcare, we want to help you build a better future with us.

We offer paid training and mileage. There are currently part-time opportunities in our community outreach program. Our program is a scheduled shift program, with routes at our supportive site in Fergus, ON and in the community. We understand the need for reliable hours, and reasonable driving time

All applicants must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation as this position is responsible for regular travel to clients in the community.
