**What you will do**:
The **Administrative Agent** offers key administrative support to our Products Team. You will be part of the team that develops the future experience and products, enhances the customer experience, ensures that the brand is well represented and provides quality assurance in each of our location. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of Nordik Group's experiences. The administrative agent is a catalyst to their processes and offers support to ensure appropriate information transfer within the organization.

This role is a full time 3-month contract with possibility of extension.

**Responsibilities**:

- Edit, amend, and proofread documentation as it relates to processes, product descriptions, product designs, standardization procedures, etc.
- Create new documentation from existing correspondence, meeting notes and other source materials
- Receive, review, edit and file documentation appropriately
- Verify accuracy of information through building relationships with the spas and internal departments
- Maintain documentation library and organize archives as needed
- Process translations, including follow up for documentation
- Routinely assess for duplication, accuracy, and ease of retrieval of documentation

**To be successful in this position you will need**:

- Minimum of College certificate in Administration or equivalent
- Minimum of **2 (two) years’** experience
- Proficient in MS Office
- Bilingualism is essential (French and English, written and verbal)
