**Responsibilities**
- Prepares the package to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
- Presents prepared estimates by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information.
- Responsible for identifying every single cost that goes into a project and requesting the applicable pricing.
- They must be able to take on each job and make accurate estimates, as well as actively looking to improve future estimates and results.
- Identify and prepare accurate estimates of probable costs of materials, and labour.
- Maintain tendering processes - following guidelines provided in the standard operation procedures.
- Prepare and maintain a directory of suppliers.
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Accuracy in all aspects of data entry, drawing interpretation and calculations
- Strong analytic abilities
- Working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets and word processing programs
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Ability to coordinate and work independently
- Enter accurate data and calculations on appropriate documentation required
- Create internal documentation and ensure accuracy
- Track, maintain and help meet all deliverables
- Unbiasedness - its expected value is identical with the population parameter being estimated
- Consistency, and efficacy is a must
- Must be knowledgeable, accurate, diligent, and analytical
- College/University degree or diploma in a related discipline or equivalent job experience and knowledge
- Knowledge of current materials
- Knowledge of basic blueprints
- Computer skills (Working knowledge) - Excel, Outlook, Adobe

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
