Key Responsibilities
**Daily Operations**: Oversee the day-to-day operations of fabrication and logistics to ensure seamless workflow
**Performance Management**: Set, track, and achieve daily and weekly performance goals for teams
**Talent Development**: Recruit, onboard, and train high-performing team members while fostering professional growth
**Project Timelines**: Manage project schedules to ensure all tasks are completed on time
**Strategic Communication**: Develop and execute a comprehensive communication strategy aligned with organizational goals
**Delegation and Oversight**: Effectively delegate tasks while enforcing company policies, procedures, and cultural values
**Conflict Resolution**: Proactively address and resolve internal staff conflicts to maintain a productive work environment
**Safety Leadership**: Chair the Health and Safety Team, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement in safety standards

Preferred Qualifications

**LEAN Manufacturing**: Hands-on experience with LEAN manufacturing practices and principles
