**The Opportunity**:
**Required Shifts**:
Monday to Friday, Day Shift

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Supervise and lead the pre-press team; aiding in employee questions, reviewing artwork, resolving quality issues alongside Printing team, etc.
- Work cohesively with customer service and production to ensure customer expectations and production targets are met
- Assist in troubleshooting when a challenge is escalated by a pre-press team member
- Using Adobe Suite to support team in preparing and reviewing customer artwork files
- Using existing workflow systems to send files to Press
- Responsible for hiring and training of new team members; managing and approving time cards and time off requests; delivering performance reviews and reviewing proper procedures
- Distribute and delegate workload effectively to ensure customer satisfaction and production targets are met
- Work closely with all managers and supervisors in other departments
- Comply with all Stanpac safety regulations and PPE requirements while in plant area
- Knowledge of HACCP, SQF, and GMPs as it relates to a packaging environment
- Other duties as assigned

**Do You Have What It Takes?**

**Required Education**:

- Post-Secondary Education in Graphic Design, Digital Pre-press, or related

**Experience**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a prepress role
- Experience in manufacturing an asset

**Skills, Knowledge and Abilities**
- Proficient in all prepress programs and processes such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Visual ERP
- Familiar with MAC operating systems
- Strong communication skills; written and oral
- Ability to lead a team of 10-15
- ADP experience an asset
- Analytical, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize in time sensitive situations
- Positive attitude with a focus on the internal/external customer
- Excellent people skills
- Ability to adapt to ever changing situations
- Comfortable in a fast paced and deadline driven production environment
