**About the role**
- Provide comprehensive IT support to employees for hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving IT issues promptly and effectively.
- Maintain detailed documentation of support activities and resolutions.
- Assist in onboarding new employees and collaborate with the infrastructure team for seamless operations.

**What we’re looking for**
- Minimum 3+ years of experience providing in-person deskside support, ideally in an enterprise environment
- Working knowledge of Active Directory, SCCM, Intune, O365, Windows 10/11
- Previous experience working with ServiceNow ticketing system
- Customer service oriented - Personality is key
