As we continue to grow, we're looking for an Operations Manager who will be pivotal in managing our production cycle and leading our dynamic team.

**Location**: Fraser Valley (Mission/Abbotsford, Langley, Chilliwack)

**Job Type**: Full-Time, Mobile

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the production cycle from post-sales handoff to project completion.
- Efficiently order materials and schedule crews and material delivery.
- Coordinate schedules with homeowners.
- Consistent and thoughtful communication with homeowners on the progress of their project.
- Train and supervise production staff, ensuring adherence to safety procedures.
- Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors.
- Foster positive relations, teamwork, and a collaborative mindset to enhance synergies and optimal ways of working,
- Uphold quality control standards and develop SOPs for consistent project success.
- Effectively manage and resolve customers’ and employees’ issues.
- Ensure all production staff receive performance reviews annually, in addition to regular feedback and coaching.
- Always striving for continuous improvement.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Preferred Bachelor's degree or Diploma in an appropriate field, e.g., business administration, production management etc.
- Experience in a fast-paced and ever changing production environment.
- Multitasking capabilities.
- Previous knowledge of the roofing industry is a plus, but not mandatory.

**Desired Skills and Qualities**:

- Exceptional communication skills and fluency in English (both written and verbal).
- Energetic and able to develop rapport with staff.
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills.
- Proven track record of exceptional customer service and operational management experience with a pragmatic and team player mindset.

**Compensation and Benefits**:

**Application Process**:
**Salary**: $65,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
