We are currently located in High River but transitioning to our **new dealership** located in **Okotoks**in the coming year. We are in search for individuals wanting to grow and becoming future leaders with us and the industry.

We're looking for exceptional sales professionals that have experience providing excellent customer service and possess outstanding communication and follow up skills.

You'll receive on-going training, benefits, and the opportunity to be promoted into a management role. As well as receiving an extremely competitive commission pay plan.

To work well with our team you'll need to have the following attributes:

- Driven

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A sales veteran with automotive experience

**REQUIREMENTS, DUTIES, & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Previous new and pre-owned automotive sales experience, customer service or hospitality management experience
- Amazing customer service skills
- Ensuring the customer’s complete satisfaction
- Greeting customers, building rapport and responding to customer inquiries
- Matching the right vehicle to customers' needs
- Using a CRM, maintaining thorough and accurate customer records and communications history
- Experience with prospecting, cold calling and closing a deal
- Must have a valid class 5 driver's license
- Ability to effectively demonstrate product features, benefits, and conduct test drives
- Presenting pricing options
- Strong ability to addressing and overcoming objections
- Commit to on-going professional development
- Achieving sales goals
- Responding to leads in a timely manner
- Strong lead handling process, able to follow up in a timely manner

Pay: $90,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
