**Responsibilities**
- Supervise daily operations of janitorial staff at factory.
- Conduct regular quality control inspections to maintain high standards throughout factory.
- Provide training and support to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
**Skills**
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Strong communication skills to lead a team, and to communicate effectively with management.
- Experience with commercial cleaning is a requirement.
**Requirements**:
- Must have a valid, full car license and a car.
- Must have commercial cleaning experience.
- Must have lead hand experience.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
