**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Order entry and verification of customer orders for accuracy, load weight, pallet count, special considerations, etc.
- Order management including monitoring and updating of shipping dates and communicating updates/changes to internal and external customers.
- Develop strong customer relationships
- Collaborating with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Preparing customer related reports
- May require some travel within North America

Qualifications:

- Strong customer focus relationship-building ship building skills
- High level of attention to detail is required to ensure accuracy of order entry and reports
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to problem solve and “think outside the box”
- Good organization skills
- Strong/proven analytical skills
- Practical experience with detail-oriented order entry, and detail-oriented research
- College or University degree/diploma in Business Administration or Operations/Inventory Control/Logistics/Supply Chain preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role with direct experience managing orders and customer relationships preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office required.
- Familiarity with JDE and Salesforce is an asset.
