- In this role, you will:_
- Establish effective management and control for all documents related to the Business Management System (BMS) in SharePoint including document review, creation, approval, document life cycle, database integrity and interface with process owners.
- Support the development of the Corporate Quality programs as requested for various sectors.
- Support the development and improvement of the Quality Management system.
- Support Corporate Internal Audit program
- Support of the maintenance of an Approved Vendor List (AVL).
- Attend QA meetings, capture, create and update meeting minutes and manage distribution.
- Support the organisation to develop an appropriate range of performance measures and metrics for the organisation, including analysing the KPl's for trends and suggest recommending actions.
- Coordinate scheduling, meetings and reminders for QA Department activities.

- You hold a minimum of a high school diploma.
- You have 1-2 years of relevant experience in quality management and/or integrated management systems based on International Organization for Standardization (ISO) or equivalent, or a combination of education, training and experience.
- You may have experience/knowledge of ISO 9001/14001/45001/AS91000 and CSA 2999.1 systems.
- You are a self-starter and be able to work well on your own and in a team environment
- You have a strong ability to communicate orally, write and conduct presentations.
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- You have advanced knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office software suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, Visio and PowerPoint)
- You have advanced knowledge and experience with SharePoint environment (preferred development experience), PDF and OneNote.
- You have experience in creating reports using Excel pivot tables, Power-BI, SharePoint Data and ERP systems and CGR
- Proof that you are fully vaccinated against COVID-19, meaning that you must have received the full series of a COVID-19 vaccine approved by the Government of Canada with the final dose at least 14 days prior to your start date
- You are eligible for a Canadian Secret Security and ITAR Clearance
