**Job description**
- Ensure the daily opening of the facilities (turn on saunas, spas, steam baths) and ensure that all equipment is functional;
- Perform housework (several rounds per day) to ensure the cleanliness of the site;
- Household chores such as dusting, vacuuming, washing floors and other surfaces, empty trash cans and recycling bins, etc;
- Ensure that workstations, treatment rooms, bathrooms and common areas have a sufficient quantity of supplies and refill them as needed;
- Perform laundry;
- Perform tasks related to the care and maintenance of our saunas and baths (cleaning, water tests, add chemicals,etc.);
- Ensure that clients comply with the spa regulations and policies in common areas;
- Serve beverages and food to customers;
- Participate in managing the inventory by processing the bi-weekly and monthly inventory counts;
- Participate in meetings and training sessions as required;
- Ensure that the spa’s quality standards are maintained.

**Criteria**
- You have more than 2 years of housekeeping experience.
- You speak French and/or English.
- You are very punctual, reliable, and friendly, and you have an excellent team spirit.
- Highly adaptable, positive, energetic, and polite.
