Overview:
Support the St-Eustache site in terms of administrative tasks at the scale house department. Perform routine tasks quickly and efficiently by being courteous and professional in order to provide customers with excellent service while minimizing wait times. Participate in safety initiatives.
**Responsibilities**:
**Health & Safety**:
- Observe Health & Safety practices and procedures.
- Ensure that employees, visitors and carriers observe the Group’s Policy.
- Support Operations in implementing Health & Safety measures and practices.
**Scale**:
- Opening and/or closing of scale house;
- answering phones;
- follow-up with customers and carriers;
- communicate with various stakeholders on site (customers, carriers, loader operator, person responsible, etc.);
- weigh empty and full trucks - weigh trucks at their entrance on site and at their exit;
- printing of weigh tickets, data entry and validation in the system (truck, customer, project, etc.), order-taking and truck shipping.
**Administrative Support**:
- Produces and distributes reports (end of day, COD sales, v-150, etc.); responsible for collecting amounts due for CODs;
- preparing deposit slip and forwarding the information to accounts receivable;
- filing and retrieving weigh tickets; data entry;
- invoicing and following-up on manual tickets, according to the established process.
**Relationships with Others’ Jobs**:
- Collaboration with the billing, credit, quality departments, operations, carriers and others;
**Specific Responsibilities**:
- Weigh trucks (entry and exit).
- Take phone calls (taking orders or general information).
- Register new drivers.
- Inform truckers on the procedure to follow on the site.
- Prepare daily reports.
- Manage cash sales.
- Work in collaboration with the different departments.

- Annual capacity of the materials: 2.3 M tons of aggregates, recycled materials (200k tons) and snow dump (1 M m3)

Qualifications:

Education and work experience_**
- Diploma of vocational studies (DEP) with at least three (3) years’ work experience in a similar work OR college diploma
- Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
**_ Knowledge and Abilities_**
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge in enterprise resource planning software (SAP) for financial resources.
- Expertise in priority and multiple requests management.
- Efficient teamwork with a minimum of supervision.
- Bilingualism (French and English), spoken and written.
