**Job Summary**:
The primary role of this position is to provide an extraordinary vacation experience for our Owners and Guests by maintaining our First Tracks Lodge property to a five-star standard. As a part-time Strata Maintenance Technician, you will be working alone, performing property touch-ups and repairs at First Tracks Lodge.

**Job Specifications**:

- Expected Pay Range: $21.00 - $23.00 / hour
- Skill Level: Entry
- Shift & Schedule Availability: Year Round, Part Time

**Responsibilities**:

- Embrace Lodging Ovation’s Leadership Best Practices and Mission to ensure an extraordinary vacation experience for Owners and Guests.
- Adhere to all workplace health and safety procedures and policies. Notify supervisor or management of all unsafe conditions and practices.
- Adhere to all Vail Resorts and Lodging Ovations training, policies and procedures.
- Routinely patrol all common (strata) spaces at First Tracks Lodge to inspect and correct any defect in:

- Paint Finish and Drywall
- Woodwork
- Flooring (Tile, Grout, Carpet)
- Lighting
- Other strata assets as directed
- Keep all work areas clean and organized. Report all missing tools and required supplies to a supervisor.
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed, outstanding tasks, and noted deficiencies

**Job Requirements**:

- Education:

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Work Experience:

- A minimum of 2 years professional painting experience as a level 4 painter
- A minimum of 2 years professional drywall repair experience
- A minimum of 2 years professional woodworking and refinishing experience
- Preferred Skills:

- Tile and grout repair experience is strongly preferred

**Job Qualifications**:

- Ability to work efficiently at heights
- Able to lift and carry 50 pounds
- Able to work outdoors in adverse mountain winter weather conditions
- Must be willing to work flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, evening shifts, overtime, etc.- Vail Resorts is an equal opportunity employer.
