We are looking for an **Assistant Supervisor** for our Banquet Halls.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist the Banquet Supervisor with day-to-day operations of the Banquet team
- Reviews daily Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and ensures function rooms are set and ready according to requirements
- Excellent working relationship with Chef and Kitchen Staff
- Assist with monthly linen and equipment inventory and ordering supplies and equipment when required
- Encourage team members to operate in the most professional and courteous manner
- Support the Department Manager in achieving the goals and objectives for the department
- Encourage team members to operate in the most professional and courteous manner
- Knowledgeable of the legal responsibilities for serving alcohol
- Perform other duties as assigned by Banquet Manager
- Attend staff meeting as required
- Other duties as required

**Required Qualifications**
- Min 5 years of related experience in the restaurant/banquet industry
- Current Smart Serve Certification Required
