**Required Qualifications, Skills and Abilities (QSA)**
- 1. Recognized relevant four-year degree (Bachelor of Education, Bachelor of Child and Youth Studies, Bachelor’s in Child Development).
2. Two years’ recent and relevant experience working in an Early Learning and Childcare Education setting as an Early Childhood Educator/Teacher/ECE Instructor.
3. Effective interpersonal skills.
4. Effective communication skills (both oral and written).
5. Effective instructional ability.
7. Ability to function as a team member in an ever-changing environment.
8. Demonstrates Valuing Diversity.
