**Job Title**: Store Associate

**Overview**
- **Responsibilities**:_

**Customer Service**:

- Provide exceptional customer service in-store, assisting with decor and design recommendations to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Address customer inquiries promptly, handle returns and exchanges, and ensure a positive interaction at every stage.

**Sales & Cashier Duties**:

- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions and product features to drive in-store and online sales.

**Inventory Management**:

- Receive, stock, and organize inventory in-store and in the warehouse.
- Conduct regular inventory counts, report discrepancies, and ensure products are labeled and displayed properly.

**Online Store Maintenance**:

- Update product listings, images, descriptions, and inventory levels on the website.
- Process online orders, and communicate with customers regarding order statuses.

**Social Media & Content Creation**:

- Assist in creating and scheduling engaging content for social media platforms, showcasing new products & promotions.
- Collaborate with the team to develop creative ideas for promoting the brand’s online and in-store presence.

**Store Maintenance & Cleaning**:

- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing, including general cleaning and upkeep.
- Assist with furniture assembly, moving items as needed, and maintaining displays in an attractive and functional manner.

**Warehouse & Delivery Assistance**:

- Support with incoming/outgoing warehouse deliveries.
- **Qualifications**:_
- Prior experience in retail, customer service, and POS systems is preferred.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Square Online) and social media for business is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for design and detail.
- Ability to lift and move furniture pieces and perform light furniture assembly.
- Excellent communication skills, both in-person and online.
- Ability to work within store hours. Tuesday to Friday 10AM-6PM and Saturdays 10AM-5PM.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
