About the Role:
As a Fleet Washer / Detailer, you are the backbone of our operation. You'll be responsible for performing efficient, high-quality exterior washes and interior cleanings on a variety of vehicles, from company sedans and trucks to large commercial vans and fleets. You'll work on-site at our client's locations, representing the Phantom brand with every vehicle you touch.

What You'll Do:

- Perform thorough and efficient exterior hand washes, interior vacuuming, and window cleaning on multiple vehicles per day.
- Follow Phantom's proven detailing processes to ensure consistent, high-quality results on every job.
- Safely operate and maintain power washers, foam cannons, steam cleaners, vacuums, and other professional detailing equipment.
- Work effectively as part of a team to complete large fleet jobs on schedule.
- Interact professionally with clients on-site, always representing the Phantom brand positively.
- Keep the company van and all equipment clean, organized, and in good working order.
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard of quality before moving to the next vehicle.

What We're Looking For (Requirements):

- A strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude. No prior experience is required—we will train the right person
- Physical stamina: Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods in all weather conditions (hot, cold, rain).
- Keen attention to detail and a pride in your work.
- Reliable transportation to our morning meet-up location.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team.
- Must be punctual, dependable, and have a strong sense of responsibility.

Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Qualifications):

- Previous experience in professional auto detailing, car washing, or fleet maintenance.
- Knowledge of different cleaning chemicals, tools, and techniques.
- A passion for cars and keeping them clean
