**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist the President with daily operation needs
- Attend and serve as a recording secretary for all board and committee meetings and prepare and maintain minutes, bylaws, policies, and other public and confidential documents of the board and its committees promptly to ensure they are conducted under relevant governance standards.
- Takes part in creating Drafting legal documents including deposition notices, certifications, contracts, briefs, complaints, subpoenas, motions, and pleadings to ensure compliance with governance and legal standards.
- Monitoring contracts, and moving forward with extension, close-out, or renewal of contracts align with federal, state, and local laws, as well as cooperate guidelines, policies, objectives, and goals
- Coordinate orientation for new board members and ongoing education for all board members in understanding their roles and responsibilities.
- Manage internal and external correspondence and inquiries relating to the boards and the President & CEO including confidential and sensitive documentation.
- Follow-up with operations of non-compliance issues in regard to internal audits
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of whole cooperation financial reporting
- Travel to divisions as requested
- Interact with operational business leaders on performance matters
- Maintains confidentiality of all information received from the company
- Completes any other assignments, duties, and projects that may be assigned

**Required Skills/Abilities**:

- In-depth knowledge of finance, accounting, and numeracy
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong work ethic
- Excellent problem-solving attitude and abilities

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Language**:

- Chinese (required)
