Your mission as a sales consultant will be to be the ambassador of our product offering. You will have the honor of being the first contact with our customers in store by welcoming them like at home
**YOUR EVERYDAY**
- OFFER DREAM SETTINGS_- Present the different options available to customers in terms of products and services;-
- Accompany the customer at all stages, from selection to quote, to order;- Become an expert and a reference in terms of product offerings;
- CREATE LINKS_- Provide a unique experience in stores;-
- Create a sincere bond with the customer and maintain this relationship by carrying out various follow-ups;- Stay in touch with our valued customers by tracking post-delivery satisfaction;
- DREAM WITHOUT LIMITS_
- You will get involved in projects that will propel LUSINE even further, such as participating in brainstorms on our future concepts, our experience and/or our product offer
TO BE THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR, YOU MUST:
- Be passionate about human interaction and communicate with ease;-
- Have a strong interest in design and decoration;-
- Be rigorous and have the ability to manage several files simultaneously;- Be available to visit us in Quebec city occasionally, but we see that as an asset
