**The opportunity for you**

The Supply Chain Department is an integral part of the company. Supporting the production process and brand growth goals, Supply Chain ensures the right inventory is at the right place at the right time.

You will be responsible for providing overall administrative support to the Supply Chain Department. You will take on all aspects of purchase order maintenance, document control, price audits, and returns and credits. A typical day is spent ensuring all orders are moving on time, all the details are up to date, and all partners are kept informed.

You are a self-starter who values transparency, forward planning, and preventing problems. Excellent attention to detail, communication and critical thinking skills will ensure you excel in this role. You want to continuously grow and develop knowledge and skills around supply chain and procurement and passionate about sustainable impact work.

**You’ll be responsible for**
- Creating and managing all purchase orders for deliveries/shipments; following up on any late or partial orders
- Managing and tracking shipments for on time delivery
- Trouble shooting and problem-solving material shortages or late deliveries; ensuring prompt communication;
- Working closely with all partners to communicate and escalate any risk regarding production schedule
- Ensuring sustainability information is up to date on a per product basis
- Maintain purchase order files and all documents

**What you offer**
- 2 to 3 years of previous administrative experience in accounting or customer service background
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Motivated self-starter who takes initiative
- Excellent attention to detail; ability to execute accurate and precise data
- Proficient computer skills (Outlook and Excel)
- Ability to work independently and constantly improve systems
- Well-developed communication skills both written and verbal
