**Job Title**: Accounting Administrator (Temporary Contract - 12 month)
**Location**: Delta, BC - Head Office
**Shift**: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm
**Salary**: $50,000 to $60,000, based on experience

**Job Overview**:
As an Accounting Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing financial processes and ensuring accurate financial transactions within our organization. Your responsibilities will include handling accounts payable and receivable, reconciling accounts, and maintaining financial records. This is a 12-month temporary contract position with the possibility of extension.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Oversee a number of AP accounts
- Manage employee expense reports
- Review and reconcile accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Process billing, including communication to our customers
- Maintain up-to-date records of invoices and receipts
- Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets
- Other duties assigned by the manager
**Professional Qualifications, Experience and Skills**:
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Diploma or degree in Accounting preferred but not required
- Intermediate level of experience with Microsoft Excel
- Attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexibility and willingness to perform a variety of accounting support duties
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment and understand the sense of urgency
- Highly professional and ability to work with confidential matters: maintain a high level of confidentiality when managing sensitive documentation.
